We have enjoyed our stay at the Manoir as we did on our previous stays and to the point that we decided to extend it by one day. The setting and the grounds are wonderful, our room (#383) was beautiful, and every staff was friendly and helpful. The black mark was really the food. We had a disastrous super at the St Laurent restaurant (the only option available for super) on our first night. The butternut soup was way too salty and did not have the richness of flavors you expect when you pay 20$ for it. My wife had the veal chop (after being told that her first choice, the lamb confit was not available). The meat was nice, but the celery garnish was bland in both in taste and presentation. The salmon that I had was Ok but far form being outstanding. We left the restaurant feeling that we had wasted almost 300$. The only sliver lining was that it led us to discover and enjoy some wonderful restaurants in la Malbaie on the three other nights of our stay. We had breakfast each day at the Bellerive. It was OK but service was slow and we missed the breakfast buffet of our previous stays. I also resented having to pay 5$ for two toasts when our choice of breakfast did not come with toast. It is too bad that an otherwise very pleasant stay was marred by a below standard food experience

Everything was great, supper was great the only thing I was extremely disappointed in was the bacon in the morning for breakfast Ready crisp bacon 🥓...really it was terrible quality for a high end resort Spent a week snowmobiling quebec and had my WORSE breakfast at the fairmont

Great location, nice restaurants and bar, at the bar we got to enjoy 2x live events. The outside heated swimming pool and hot tub are great but the room and bathroom is outdated and need a serious lift!!!

My spouse and I visited from Friday January 13 - Tuesday Jan 24, 2023. We very much needed this holiday as it has been a few years since our last. Like many others, our family has endured numerous losses during the pandemic. We ended up travelling through a storm the entire way from Ottawa, almost 10 hours. Even with the travel woes, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival we met the Guest Services Manager who offered wonderful insight into the hotel amenities, and kindly checked-in with us throughout our stay. The customer service was great in all areas. The rooms are very comfortable, carpets very clean and quiet with easy access for streaming. There are also exceptional views of the property and river, with mountains in the background. We only dined in one restaurant which was for brunch, and admittedly, this would be the only area were we feel improvement may be needed, but we do acknowledge that restaurants are still facing some exceptional challenges. The property is very well maintained, and the heated outdoor pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature, not overly chemically, and very clean. They had great mellow music playing, great vibe! We are a lgbtq+ couple and we felt very welcomed, we will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed for four days in late December with extended family and loved every minute of it! The facilities (pools, hot tubs, gym, bar, restaurant, trails, and casino) and proximity to ski/snowboard area were excellent. And the staff was also very helpful when my husband injured his ankle on the ice.

we love love coming to Fairmont Richelieu. We often visit 2-3 a year. Staff is great. Property is clean. So many activities to do.
We had a great getaway with our family at Manoir Richelieu.
Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel had a great cachet There were limited options for eating at 8 pm, but the staff was extremely helpful, opening up the bistro so we could purchase some to go meals. Pool was wonderful, clean, and the kids were really happy about the pools' basic accessories (noodles, paddle boards, etc.) ( a life saver for the parents) Rooms were nice and clean.
