It took 50 teams of horses and 200 men working together for a year in order to clear the land of boulders and debris to prepare it for what would become one of Canada's premiere golf courses. Since the opening of the mountain golf course in 1925, this jewel set deep in the heart of the Canadian Rockies has been the setting of unforgettable memories for all of those who come to play.
Few golf courses in the world can match the rugged majesty of this national treasure, rated Canada's #1 Golf Resort for the past 20 years by SCOREGolf Magazine.

Visiting for an annual beerfest. The weekend was lovely, and I saw the difference in hospitality by staying at this resort. The service was welcoming and friendly. Even throughout the event the staff were always smiling and being pleasant. They were ensuring a great experience. Amazing and would stay again just for the friendly staff.
Our stay was part of a family holiday for my wife's 60th birthday, we were given a room upgrade and a happy birthday welcome in our room, all our family enjoyed the stay, fantastic location, helpful attentive staff and good food.
Plenty of nice walks and elk - nice to be outdoors But surprisingly busy with conferences which seemed a bit of a struggle and so some services were a bit disappointing
We had 2 separate incidents during our stay. Friday Feb 10th we had someone try to get into our room on 3 different occasions. We found it extremely difficult to get a hold of the main desk to ask for security. This was concerning! The second was a mouse in the room who enjoyed the snacks we had and rocked and rolled late at night. We love staying at the JPL, but honestly coming home exhausted instead of relaxed, rested and recharged will make us think twice of staying here when we come visit Jasper again.

We were visiting the JPL to attend the Jasper Beer and Spirit Festival. We attended because it was held at the Lodge as we have always wanted to stay there.
My wife and I stayed for the beer and spirit festival. The location was incredible, the event well executed and the food and beverage incredible
We enjoyed ourselves as always. Staff and facilities was great.
