Great location, nice amenities

Overall our stay was very nice. The gym and pool were great. The rooms are a generous size but the furniture and carpet were very worn and dated. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The only real complaint was the restaurant. We had dinner reservations on our first night at Comptoir and when we showed up we were told it was a buffet at $78 each. Pizza under a heat lamp, some sort sad looking lasagna and equally sad looking meat dishes were definitely not what we were expecting. We are vegan and had selected the Italian restaurant as we can normally find a vegan or vegetarian options in most Italian restaurants. We found a wonderful meal at a nice restaurant in the village for half the price including tip.

Pricing on all on the higher side

Convenient, not enough personnel serving dinner Sunday, 2/5/23 at Axe Bar. It was almost an hour wait for our food. The staff was generally helpful and friendly, except at the spa front desk, the person there was not helpful, didn’t seem interested in our request for a deep, tissue massage, not answering our questions…

Location and amenities are good

Location is excellent for ski in/ski out. Pool/hot tub is fantastic.Really enjoyed it. But the rooms are terrible at this price point. Rooms are very small.Some furniture was unnecessary or wrongly placed.No USB chargers and lot of things. Except the rooms I rest is good.

Ski In Ski Out

Best resort location on the Tremblant resort. very happy with room with mountain view very happy with room service and additional coffee pods provided ;-) very happy with Le Comptoir saturday dinner buffet. food and service was amazing Very happy with reception, valet and concierge services Hotel appears to need some refresh (torn wallpaper, torn art frame, damaged furniture,...)

Good stay

The hotel was pleasant to stay in. The rooms were nicely sized and the beds were comfortable. The AC however, did not work so we did find it challenging to get the room to an ideal temperature as it tended to be a bit warmer than we would normally sleep in. The ski in and out was very nice.

It was well located of course but the rooms were old and the amenities were not what I expected.

As a luxury resort, I expected a good experience at this hotel. However, the restaurant choices were limited, the rooms were old, and the overall comfort just wasn’t there. During an arctic freeze which presented a limited ability for outside snacks or meals, I was shocked when the only thing available was a small bag of plain chips for $3.00. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, despite the superiority or your location.
