One of the best stays in an hotel. Perfect blend of old style charm together with the ultimate in true customer service. Everyone from Doormen, the reception team, bar and waiting staff could not be faulted for their high level attention to our needs as guests. Cannot praise them enough!

It is something we wanted to do for a very long time and were expecting wonderful things. There were many fantastic aspects of our stay but there were some things that left us feeling just a little disappointed. We were taken to our room by a lovely young man who told us this was just his third day at The Savoy - he was a credit to the hotel and made us feel most welcome. He said our luggage would be brought to the room shortly. We waited approximately half an hour and when it still hadn’t arrived I called guest services but was most surprised when nobody answered. I then dialled the concierge who apologised and said he would speak to the luggage team straight away. Fifteen minutes later, still no luggage so I called the concierge once more - another apology and asked me to describe our luggage. In fairness it did arrive a few minutes later. We unpacked, settled in and decided to do the full Savoy experience and visit the spa. This was very disappointing - there were lots of discarded towels around the pool area and in the changing area and I was informed that the ladies sauna was out of order. My husband went to the gentleman’s sauna and I thought I would swim then relax a while on one of the two loungers in the pool area. I wasn’t able to make either bed move from the flat position-so I could sit up, so I popped out to the reception area to ask the young lady if she could show me how - she apologised and said they were both broken. A rather disappointing experience all round. On a positive note we visited the American Bar (wonderful service and a great pianist), had dinner at the River restaurant (nice food and again great service) and finished the evening with cocktails in the Beaufort Bar. The front of house staff were amazing but overall I have to say that I was left a little underwhelmed. I hope by emailing, that these issues are resolved for the next guests. This is our 3rd stay at the Savoy and just when you think it can’t get any better it really does. From start to finish it is amazing. I never want to leave. I have already booked my next stay.
Brilliant place , excellent staff, had a baby and they upgraded me to a Junior Suite , was really grateful. Food is incredible and service was wonderful, hotel is the finest in London for luxury.
All the staff were superb and couldn't be faulted. They were always there but were on intrusive at any time.
Stayed for two nights and from the moment we walked through the door nothing was to much trouble.All the staff we meet were polite and courteous and always happy to help in any way they could.The hotel was absolutely immaculate.The rooms also immaculate and spacious.
As usual we were well looked after, apart from a glitch in the American bar.
