Outstanding staff and attention to every detail.

This is a marvelous property overlooking the ocean and the historic city . Right from the moment we stepped foot into the hotel we were welcomed by an outstanding staff . Everyone is welcoming here in this property . Great job by Jerome General Manager of the property . Jaafar Lakhassi the head concierge took care of us including Youusra and many of the other outstanding staff of this property. The hotel and rooms were excellent , clean and all attention to every detail has been taken care . If you want to experience luxury and to get pampered Royal this is the hotel I recommend . Beautiful Hotel, super location

We arrived in Rabat, and immediately whisked into the Fairmont Hotel. We were greeted as treasured guests and left the hotel feeling like family. Everyone there did everything possible to make our stay memorable. Especially amazing was our Concierge Jaafar Lakhsassi. He was an absolute delight and beyond helpful in every way.
