The check in was a mess. Only two staffs at check in desk. I was first in line but due to the poor management. Took me nearly 20 mins to check in. The poor girl who checked me in had to do multi tasks. Where was the concierge when some people cut the line because they need to pick up their luggages urgently? I have been travel to a lot of countries and sometimes left things behind by accident. I always got a call from the hotel. However, this time I left AirPods Pro and realised two hours later after I got to the airport. I called the hotel but no where to find. I did look at the gps and knew where it was. But nothing I can do. I gave 4/10 for the clean room. The poor girl who checked me in had to provide me the best service she could while also had to deal with other issues when there is no colleague to support her.

Fairmont Gold lounge was closed one evening due to "maintenance" issues. I ended up having happy hour drinks at the hotel bar but it took over 20 minutes for both the food and drinks to arrive. Very embarrassing given that I was with a client. The following morning, my client arrived before me for breakfast and ended up paying the bill before I arrived. When I found out about this, I asked the restaurant manager to refund the bill to my client but nothing happened. My client didn't really want the refund and didn't push the restaurant manager. She agreed and we left. Given that I stayed in Fairmont Gold, the restaurant staff should have refunded the money to my client regardless of whether he wanted the money back or not. During my checkout, I complained about the closure of the Fairmont Gold lounge for one evening and they did give me a discount of CNY 400 which is why I didn't rate my overall experience as "dissatisfied." But clearly the service level of the hotel should improve given the fact that it's part of Fairmont. Thanks!
I stayed twice in your hotel in the past few months (first one for 9 nights in September 2022, and second one for five nights in February 2023). Hotel facility maintenance is generally ok. The only issue I spotted is the breakfast. The restaurant is clearly understaffed, and the training/service is below the standard. For instance, every time I have lunch there, the staff at the reception does not lead the way to table, and the table is always uncleaned for previous customers. In other similar hotels, staff would normally ask for coffee/tea but there is nothing here. I mentioned once to the manager at the reception back in September, but seems there has been no progress.

Under BJ pandemic, your hotel really provided a safe environment for my long term stay in 15N.
The experience is expected. Booked twin beds given queen, the reception guy did not mention it till we reached our room. Then I called and the reply was we have no twin rooms. But this level of service is standard for Accor hotels, frankly.

Welcome was good. Staff professional and professional. Room was great. Very clean and tidy. Restaurant and lounge excellent service from staff. Small changes: bathroom floor was too warm and burnt feet. No snacks were brought to the room. In platinum level normally a plate of fruit and snacks in brought as well as simple drink.
